The world is definitely a better place now the Ubud Village Jazz Festival is back…Head to ARMA Museum in Pengosekan, Ubud on Friday and Saturday the 12 to the 13th of August 2022.

After a one-year hiatus in 2020, and a limited festival in 2021, Ubud Village Jazz Festival is finally here in all its glory.
From 4pm onwards on August 12th & 13th get ready to hear the heady sounds of jazz emanating from the hallowed walls of ARMA Museum, in Pengosekan in Ubud.

International line-ups include: The Bernard Van Rossum Quartet from the Netherlands, the young and talented, South Korean guitarist Sum Kim and from our homeland, Tohpati will perform Tohpati Bertiga.

The globally renowned Balawan and his Batuan Ethnic Fusion hits the stage with sounds of jazz, rock and gamelan – an amazing combination, and one that we are very privileged to enjoy up close and personal!

Twelve-year old prodigy, Gev Delano on electric bass collaborates with Krisna Darmawan on guitar, Gede Yudistira on keys and Grady Boanerges on drums. The young guns will win the day!
From the UPH Conservatory of Music, we have the winners of the National Jazz Competition 2022, PANACEA and the UPH Teachers Collab Group.
Other amazing offerings on the Jazz front are the Soulfeggio “Tribute to Natalie Cole”, Warman Sanjaya & Irsa Destiwi Project and the Gustu Brahmanta Ethnic Project.
Apart from amazing music, food and merch stalls will dot the Festival area, all of which has been uniquely designed for UVJF by Achimetriz Design, with a focus on wisdom and tradition.
