Tokyo Night at Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach – A Japanese buffet dinner
Enjoy an exquisite Wednesday night at Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach with the newly launched Tokyo Night – A Japanese Buffet Dinner. Available weekly, the dinner is hosted at Grand Benoa Resto from 19:00 to 22:00. Featuring an exquisite spread of traditional Japanese earthy food, Tokyo Night indulges diners with a selection of classic recipes from Japan. The menu includes all-time favorites such as sushi, sashimi, tempura, robatayaki, udon, and teriyaki to name a few. Most of the items are prepared at live cooking stations to ensure the freshness of each dishes.
Tokyo Night is the creation of Chef Katsumi Goda, who recently joined the culinary team at Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach, rejoining the Nikko brand from the famed Benkay Restaurant at Grand Nikko Bali. “Tokyo Night will let you experience the real taste of Japanese delicacies, because everything is handmade with fresh ingredients,” he said. Katsumi Goda will be heading the hotel’s Japanese restaurant which will open in the last quarter of 2018.
The dinner is open for public and available at an affordable price of IDR398,000 nett per person. Children between 6 to 12 years old will receive 50% off the price, and toddler aged 5 and below can dine for free for each paying adult.
Preceding the Japanese buffet dinner, guests are invited to join an engaging session of Japanese tea ceremony and origami making, conducted personally by Chef Goda, who holds the certification as a Tea Master. The session will be conducted at Samudera Lounge every Tuesday at 19:00 and available at IDR 50,000 nett per person.
