The Rosé Social at Vin+ Seminyak

The Rosé Social is Bali’s own slice of the South of France. The sun kissed, sexy, look of stylish St Tropez has landed at Vin+ in Seminyak.

Featuring the island’s best selection of rosé from around the globe. Including wines from Chateau D’Esclans in France – Villa Maria, New Zealand and Mateus from Portugal and crafted by Vin+ team sommelier Andre Don Sasongko.

The Rosé Social is backed up with Bali’s finest cellar, offering an amazing selection of wines by the glass and from the 1000’s of bottles direct from the Vin+ cellar.

The Rosé Social offers a tapas style grazing menu, perfect to savour with your glass of Frosé as you watch the world go by.

The first stage of full dining and drinking makeover, that will include a new al fresco fine dining offer, called BOTANICA, set to open in September, The Rosé Social is the perfect place to enjoy these delectable, blush pink wines that are perfect for Bali’s balmy nights and are the hottest wines in the world right now.

Dishes include
– Local oysters sourced from around the Archipeligo and beyond.. served with Rose & spearmint granita. (photo)
– Prawn cocktail with tomato jelly & shaved fennel
– Spanish white anchovies on melba toast w capers, pomegranate seeds
– Locally smoked salmon, seaweed grissini, nasturtium flower and leaves w horseradish cream
– Pumpkin tortellini with citrus butter, pine nuts and crisp sage
– House smoked Mahi Mahi dip with crudities and crispy seed crackers
– Prosciutto with melon with Farin sourdough bread

Prawn Cocktail: a reworking on a bistro classic, steamed sweet and crunchy tiger prawns are served with avocado mousse, a clear tomato jelly and refreshing crunchy salad of shaved fennel and basil cress dressed with lemon oil. Great for the lighter, more minerally style Rosé like Villa Maria from New Zealand

Pumpkin tortellini:
Handmade tortellini filled with roasted pumpkin, ricotta and parmesan. The luxurious butter sauce is made with citrus juice and zest and the pasta topped with crispy sage and Parmigiano Reggiano. A great match for full flavoured Rosé like the Chateau D’Esclans. Smoked salmon: The simple things are always the best! A fantastic local product, Norwegian salmon is cured and smoked in Tabanan. Served with horseradish cream, crunchy seaweed grissini and peppery nasturtium leaves and flowers. The perfect dish for any Rosé.
