Australian chef Nick Philip draws on his experience working in esteemed restaurants like Michelin-starred The Clove Club in London and acclaimed Restaurant Taller in Copenhagen to bring us excellently executed dishes inspired by quality ingredients from Bali and the surrounding islands, as well as flavours and spices from the Far to Middle East. Chef Nick’s cuisine can be described as fun, yet complex with no smoke and mirrors, yet big, bold flavours. Dishes include the grilled octopus salad, house-smoked pulled pork wrap, and Angus sirloin steak.
