The experience doesn’t stop there as the short ribs beef served with grilled vegetables and caramelized potato will be the highlight of the menu, a main course cooked for seven hours to make it tender and juicy.
There is always space for dessert, and the signature “La Mini Buche de Noel” will bring sweetness and joy on every single bite. The history behind Buche de Noel (the wooden log) was the tradition of burning a wooden log before Christmas, and this special dessert is part of the Christmas tradition in France.
