With an experienced team headed by their Culinary Director, Vittorio Negri, Qerang endeavors to serve sensational seafood to their guests & visitors. Chef “Vitto”, as he prefers to be known, has a wealth of experience gained throughout his career from roles in Thailand, the United Kingdom, Abu Dhabi & India – he brings that experience to the menu, sculpted to fit his ethos. “Everything starts with the taste. The tastes of my childhood forged my culinary compass. The search for the right, authentic taste always guides my work. I believe that the food you make is your masterpiece and you should respect every part of its creation. It is not about using the food; it’s about creating extraordinary food with food as an ingredient.”
Using only the finest ingredients, either sourced locally from the bountiful seas around Lombok, or imported via our trusted suppliers, Qerang puts freshness first. With Lombok Batik lobster & octopus alongside Hokkaido scallops & Sakoshi bay oysters on the menu, our guests have plenty of exquisite seafood to choose from & all served in an idyllic location with the sound of lapping waves in the background.
