Also new from Indowines is Vina Valdivieso sparkling wine with three variants all the way from Curico Winery, Chile. Sparkling Brut, Sparkling Demi Sec and Sparkling Moscato.
Valdivieso Sparkling Brut is an innovative blend of hand harvested Chardonnay and Semillon – for weight, balance and freshness – along with the classic Champagne grape Pinot Noir for its structure and elegance. The wine is made by the same method used in the production of Italy’s prosecco and spumante fizz and results in a fine stream of small, long lasting bubbles, With a rich and distinctive flavor, this wine lends itself to mealtime enjoyment as much as it does as an aperitif or a celebratory drink. Serve with canapés, salmon sashimi, fresh oysters, or a chicken and mango salad.
The product arrived in Bali just in time for Christmas and new year celebration, so far we had launched it in three different areas, Seminyak (Winehouse), Nusa Dua (The Laguna Resort) and Ubud (Indus Restaurant) and last but not least, in Sheraton Kuta Hotel on the 26 January.
