Padi Fine Dining, a landmark of Bali pescatarian gastronomy at Des Visesa, is now open for lunch. Padi creates contemporary cuisine, blending the finest local produce into exciting new flavors, colors and textures.
Guests have a choice of three and five-course vegetarian and pescovegetarian dishes featuring wine pairing at dinner, showcasing Chef Dedi’s skill and passion of his art. Don’t miss the Butter Poached “Bay Rock Lobster”, beautifully fresh-cooked lobster served with potato, cauliflower, agnolotti, chardonnay uni emulsion; Crusted “Day Caught Snapper” with five spices, and asparagus cream. Bring non-meat dishes into the next level with the most appetising Cauliflower Risotto with caramelized cauliflower, pickled onion, mushroom powder and Smoked Aubergine with hoisin, rice skin and onion soubise.
As a cherry on top, you will be amazed by the Chef’s table that shows live cooking where you can watch every step of the dishes being prepared. This hidden gem is a great place to celebrate an intimate romantic dinner, private wedding and anniversary. With only 30 seats capacity, Padi Fine Dining offers daily lunch from 12 pm to 3 pm and dinner from 6 pm-11 pm.
