Kojin’s kitchen is seamlessly run by the very talented, Chef Arief Wibowo, who has hand-crafted a fabulous Omakase menu. For those who are not familiar with the term, an Omakase menu is a meal consisting of dishes selected by the Chef himself. And here, Chef Arief has selected, modified and prepared each of these dishes – ones that he will also introduce to guests in person, explain the ingredients and history of each chosen dish. This luxury experience must be booked in advance as the Omakase menu is limited to only a few guests in each sitting and this choice of menu will be priced at approximately Rp. 525k++/person/. Be prepared to be wowed by items such as Yuzu custard, Hamachi, Gyu tongue, Takenoko, Japanese mushroom salad, Tuna tataki, even Foie gras. This will be a very memorable “Intimate Dining Experience”. Should guests not wish to enjoy the Omakase menu then the Natsu and Are menu choices are also available. All ingredients are hand selected and locally produced where possible.
