Celebrating the Year of The Ox from the 8th of February until the 13th (only), Bridges’ Executive Chef and cuisine team have crafted a sumptuous menu to celebrate 2572 – the actual upcoming year in China. Order Wonton Soup or a Duck Pao before choosing between a Twice-cooked Duck Breast or Cantonese Pork Belly. These luscious, hints of China flavors will be followed by an array of Asian sweet treats. The choice of accompanying cocktails or a fabulous wine is totally up to you.
