Now he’s offering a whole new dining experience with culinary cruises that take diners around the Komodo archipelago on the stunning MadeInItaly boat. The journey begins winding through the Komodo islands with frequent stops so guests can swim and snorkel the clear waters and stroll along pristine beaches. As the sun starts to set, the seven-course meal begins on the bow of the boat with Italian finger food delicacies, followed by pasta, a main, and dessert.
