Culinary genius and celebrated chef Chris Salans, owner of the Mozaic Group, never ends to surprise us. His culinary creations, whether at Mozaic restaurant or Spice by Chris Salans, have owned him a huge following. His latest creation, Dine@Home, which he launched last year, is no short of a pleasant addition to the food scene in Bali. The concept is to offer a complete dining experience in the privacy of your own home or rental villa.

Chef Salans has designed an array of set menus to cater to every guest’s dietary preferences. The food is beautifully presented and tastes amazing (as you would expect from him!). Prices are not only very reasonable – ranging from IDR350,000 to IDR450,000 net per person – but they also include a private chef and waiter that will come to your house/villa and prepare every little detail for you from setup to clean up. All you need to do is sit down and enjoy the night as his team blow you and your guests away.

All of this is performed very elegantly by his Mozaic staff which have not only been amazingly well trained but who also follow extremely strict protocols of safety and hygiene to ensure everyone’s safety during the dinner.
