The sell-out series, Gastronomic Battle, returns this month with an epic Jungle-Beach collaboration between Api Jiwa’s Culinary Director Matt McCool and Executive Chef Phillip Taylor from Sundara, Jimbaran Bay. Two highly sensory 12-course Omakase-style dinner services will feature two of Bali’s famed contemporary chefs renowned for their styles, culinary philosophy and unique craftmanship.
The action takes place on 24 August 2019, with the first seating at 6.30pm and second seating at 8:30pm. Price is IDR 1,200,000++per person and space is limited so book early.
A second event will be held at Sundara on the 31st.
