Apéritif’s Final Week in Seminyak

Ubud, 22 September 2021 – There has been an unambiguously enthusiastic response to the Apéritif restaurant takeover in Seminyak. The first two weeks saw many Apéritif repeaters stop by to try the dining experience at the swish Frestro restaurant & bar; whilst other guests tried the Apéritif menu for the first time, with the promise to make it to Ubud now that they know. This is the final week in Seminyak so book in now – dinner from Thursday 23rd to Saturday 25th September, enjoying either a 4-course menu (IDR 590,000++) or the signature 6-course menu (IDR 850,000++). There is also the option to simply stop for cocktail hour with friends. Apéritif’s talented team are there to make it a truly memorable experience, from Chef Nic Vanderbeeken to Sommelier I Made Yudiana and cocktail extraordinaire Panji Wisrawan.

The team will showcase Apéritif favourites including the Venison Wellington with foie gras and the Lobster Tortellini served with bisque and Kaluga caviar. Those with a sweet tooth will know it’s worth the wait to try the mouth-watering Chocolate Bounty dessert. Mixologist Panji Wisrawan also won’t leave you hanging, whether it is one of his classic concoctions such as the Apéritif Negroni or a newer invention ‘The Novelist’. Whichever part of the experience you are looking forward to, make sure you don’t miss out with only three nights remaining.
