Flat Stanley brings a bit of vintage California to Petitenget. The inspiration for the restaurant comes from 1950s Palm Springs when California was forming the roots of Italian American culture. Inside you’ll find retro American curios and artefacts amid clean lines and warm sunset tones. The menu was designed by chef Matt White, who worked for chefs Michael Mina and Wolfgang Puck before opening Alt. Pizza and Extra Virgin Pizza in Singapore. Expect vibrant sharing boards, hand-pulled sourdough flatbread pizzas, smoky grilled meats and seafood, craft beers and cocktails.
