Filippo Abisso Joins Fairmont Sanur Beach

The Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali recently appointed Filippo Abisso as their new Executive Chef, and the foodie community couldn’t be happier. Chef Abisso has over 24 years of experience in the culinary industry, including stints at two Michelin-awarded restaurants in Italy, Shangri-La’s Le Touessrok Resort & Spa in Mauritius, Shangri-La Villingili in the Maldives, and Banyan Tree Angsana & Laguna Golf Bintan in Indonesia. As Executive Chef at the Fairmont, Filippo will draw on his international culinary experience to bring fresh globally-inspired creativity to the already innovative menus.
